黒人特有の文法的な言い回しなどがあるので、慣れるまでは大変だと思います。
自分も相変わらず、黒人の発音は苦手です。
今回は、６０７単語中、１４単語のスキップで、９７％の聞き取り率でした。

まったくの私見ですが・・・
選択方式と打ち込み方式どちらを練習した方が、聞き取りが上達し易いかというと、選択方式だと思います。
ただし、選択方式のHARDで、間違いを気にせず、どんどん選択していくようなやり方をした場合に限ります。
①通常の会話では、こちらからお願いしない限り話者は、繰り返してくれない。
②よって、一部聞き取れなかった単語も、今までの話の流れの中ら、自ら補完して、話のつじつまを合わせることがある（日本語の会話でも同じ、それでも分からなければ、繰り返してもらう）
③会話の中で、強調されない単語は、その会話の大意を掴む上では、それほど重要な意味でない場合が多い
④よって、その単語を聞き逃しても、自ら補完すれば、問題なく大意をくみ取れる場合が多い
自分は、こういう風に考えて、選択方式で間違えて、気にせず、どんどん選択（頭の中で文法的な整合性とか一切考えず、聞き取ったままに選んでいった結果、結構、難しい曲でも、聞き取れるようになりました。
聴き取りに、まだ、不安のある方はこの方法を試すといいかもしれません。
ただし、語学試験で上位のスコアを残す必要がある方は、合わせて、打ち込み方式も行って、正確さの向上も図った方がいいと思います。
